“Backtalk to the boss”

"How dare you chew gum while at work!"
One day not long after joining the company, his voice was echoed in the office.
However I talked back to my angry boss whiles pitting out cigarette smoke in my face like this,
"I think chewing gum is harmless to others rather than cigarettes."
Not considering my standpoint as a new employee.
In retrospect, it seems that this event was triggered by the entrepreneurs on my own.
This unforgettable incident occurred because I was young, but it has been ingrained in my mind as the management cornerstone ever since. Hold firm to your opinions, compromising is bad. From its very beginnings, working little by little to provide our best ability to equipment sales across the whole health care, reagents for research in the medical field. Through the introduction and offering information of the latest overseas technology to the field of health, I have taken pride in contributing to medical field. Then, in summer 2011, the accident changed my life forever. I was in Hawaii enjoying surfing when the illness struck me. I was diagnosed with a life – threatening spinal cord syndrome. From the moment, I have completely lost my mobility without a wheelchair.
Though being in a hospital for 7 months was like an endless, continuous fight with physical and mental pains, one day, I realized I was lucky to be alive. I became very grateful and appreciative that I didn't drown and die in the Hawaiian ocean. I had also come to realize that my "normal" day would never pass by without serious challenges and obstacles for everything I do. That was when I found my life-long mission. My appreciation for being saved was turning into a powerful motivation to devote my life to accomplish the mission. In 2014, we started new business to enhance the quality of daily life for people with disabilities and elderlies. We are planning new product developments including an innovative wheelchair entirely reflect a disabled person's perspective and others offer those in need a comfortable living. We also plan to support activities that aim to create more disabled-friendly environment and to establish own non-profit organization. Thanks to your continuous supports, ART division has had consistent growth and shown the good prospect of continued growth. Consistently looking at the things from "the customer's point of view," then carefully consider, attempt to reduce costs wherever possible, endeavor to sell low price. There is no compromise for that procedure.
We will bring the same spirit to the wellness field.
To provide fine quality, price and service for the customers satisfaction.
